I run a Yamaha but I've always ran Mercry fuel line (don't ask me why). I have a good friend thats a Marine Mechanic and showed me a piece of fuel line he removed from a customers boat, this is the grey/silver colored thick fuel line, he split it open to show me what the ethanol had done. There is a liner inside the line that had turned brown and was coming apart. When I seen this my stomach started rolling it scared me so bad..I removed mine and sure nuff my line was on the edge of doing the same thing, once it starts coming apart it go's straight to the carbs, injectors and stops them up, keep in mind between the the tank and filter there shouldn't be a big problem but between the filter and engine is the danger...Replace it all...
