Well, here I go again...After seeing the mod flywheel that was just released from Hydro-Tec for the V-6 Yamaha's I could not ignore the fact that I had to have one or do my own..So I choose to do my own..So far all I have done is removed the plate that was located on the top that would be used for the pull rope. I have alot of measurements to make before punching the first hole.
There will be 24 1 inch holes on the outside ring with a total of 13 around the center area. Below is a a pic of the flywheel with the pull rope plate already removed. If I screw this up msrp for a new one is $1400.00
.. A good used one on ebay is $140.00 ..
As for the balance, I have already made sure that my prop balancer will do the job..And it will........
