I... HATE...Banks

So M&T bank is making $180K in interest of my mortgage. I call them them up to get a copy of a HUD statement faxed for my taxes. Not only do they charge me $20 for the call, but $20 for the faxing. Then after I pay it, the guy goes "you'll have it in about 24 hours".

...I needed it by 1PM...today.
