For anyone who might be venturing out to Bull Shoals for a day on the lake heres what I know from being there yesterday. We caught alot of 15 to 17 inch crappie in about 3 to 5 feet of water on 45degree banks in the brush using 1/16oz grey crappie jigs and pearl swimming minnows with a slow retrieve we also caught some really nice largemouth and spots on wiggle warts and spinnerbaits. We pitched spinnerbaits to lay downs on the same banks we caught crappie from and the wart on chunk rock points the bite was pretty aggressive so hang on to that rod!!
