Welp I did it again. I went out the front door stepped on the first step of the concrete steps and the next one I hit was the bottom one 6 steps down They were a sheet of clear black ice. I laid on the bottom 5 feet down and took inventory. no blood but I couldn't breath. After 5 minutes of laying at the bottom of the steps I got up and felt OK. Went to work. By the time I got to work I was in a whole lot of hurt. Dealt with it till 10 but I decided to go get an xray. They told me 2 cracked ribs and severly injured 2 others in my back. One good thing anyway the surgery I had on my spine held up and wasn't injured. Did ya know they can't do anything for cracked ribs. No cast no brace nuthin. I wore a ace bandage they wrapped around it for 2 hours. Couldn't breath so that went in the trash. Man sneezing has taken on a whole new meaning. That freekin hurts.
