Ya ever get a dingy lookin prop on certain bodies of water, that just don't clean up? Your best friend could be acid-based toilet bowl/tub/tile cleaner, like The Works. That dinge could be minerals in the water like lime and that cleaner is the ticket. Just squirt on and when it's done foamin', rinse off with a hose. It'll be the most productive do-nothin technique you'll ever use.
