How many of you have cup holders on your decks. I took one of the types that you're supposed to put on the bottom of your seat and adapted it like I wanted it. Cut the side plate off of it, and mounted it to the floor. Got one on both decks. Got a tray in between two cup holders. Works great when I'm changing baits. Drop the baits in the tray and wait til later to put them back in the box.
