BPS Carbon lite or Johnny Morris SS

Just want to get some opinions on either of these reels. I was looking at the bass pro mag and they have the carbon lite for 99 and the Johnny Morris ss for 119 on sale. What's the difference between them other than the weight and drag? It will be paired with a Carbon Lite 7ft Med or Med/Heavy rod for tossing lipless and med cranks. If you guys haven't picked up one of those new carbon lite rods go try one they are nice for the money.
