Started restoration on a 1982 Ranger 330V. Floor is rotten. Previous owner(s) cut out a soft spot around drain and never repaired it. Simply dropped in plywood and carpet. Fiber glass delaminated, subfloor is mush, flotation foam is saturated. Next, check stringers and transom. Will include pics no matter how depressing or disturbing...
