As time goes on our boards are getting much more active. We really need anyone that has anything site related to use our "Help Desk Ticket System"
What this does is help to build a data base that can actually be very beneficial to our site. For example say John Doe is having a issue with posting a pic,or an issue with a certain post. By submitting a ticket all the pertinent people can veiw it........it can be a learned process in order to resolve the issue..........and as well if the issue would be of benefit to others it can be applied in our FAQ area.
So please when addressing site issue's use the Ticket System and save the pm's for all other issue's Thanks!!!!!
