Been looking at the 201's online, If you were looking at used ones. What year or years would try to stay away from? When did they stop using wood in the making of the hull? Or did they stop?
Ideal one would be twin console, tandem axle,recessed foot control, set up or has a 36 volt trolling motor on it.
If I do go this route, plans are to stay above 10 years or so old and no newer then say 2007 or 2008.
Plus I will say up front speed is not an issue, as long as it's not a hawg getting out of the hole I'm happy with 50 to 60 MPH or so. Ride and staying dry is what I'm after. So the best ride is more important to me than speed. Plus not burn fuel like its free. So 4 stoke for me is ideal.
Would have to sell some land to buy it so I'm sure there would be a bunch I would miss out on because they sell faster then I can get the cash.
