idling too fast

Hey guys. I have a nitro z7 with a 2010 merc 200 pro xs. Took it for general service to an authorized merc merc mechanic. After he did some general maintenance stuff (plugs and the like) the motor will idle at a higher rpm when i take it out of gear. Put it back in gear and the rpms fall back to...
