Gonefishing, Years ago they had a skinny frame net that you could scoop the bass right out of the livewell. I'm old and can still remember some of these things.

I don't know if they are still made, but there used to be a livewell net. Then, all you had to do was scoop them out.

Years ago, we would buy those $1.00 buzzbaits at any of the stores that had any kind of fishing dept. Those things were so cheap they squeaked when you picked them up. You really didn't have to anything to them. The drawback was sometimes they didn't last past 2-3 fish. But they did catch fish.

It would be a Kistler LTA 6'6", medium heavy with a Diawa Zillion. 12 lb P-Line floroclear on 1 spool and 15 lb. P-Line Floroclear on the other. The Kistler is an older model. I don't think the newer ones are the same quality.
