    how to lift outboard

my picker doesnt have wheel locks either but it works fine. it doesnt roll real easy when ya got 385 lbs of motor on it. when ya put those spacers on the height of the motor will be lower also due to the transom dead rise angle so you'll deff want something that will lower that motor easily

    how to lift outboard

are you saying the original bolts were 2 inches too long and you can use them with the spacers,. Every motor ever made has some way of lifting it. you just have to figure it out. some have casting holes near the starter and stb head, some have a 3 bolt pattern on the flywheel to insert a...

    Question? 2006 250xs

thats what i 'm saying HP is designed in. if it ain't built to handle the octane you may as well just toss bills out on the water. Think about it if the motor obtained more hp using higher octane dont ya think merc or yammaha or even Bomb would recommend 93.

    Question? 2006 250xs

No it doesn't. an engine is designed for a particluar octane and more than what is required is a waste of money. now going lower will cause problems my 250XS requires 93 and runs like crap on 89.

    Hot foot question

could be the location. The foot needs to bend in a comfortable motion. If the pedal is to far away it will feel hard because your foot doesn't want to bend that way for long periods of time. When I install them I have the customer put his foot in the position as it would be when driving the...

    Backing Solenoid

pullling that plug when backing in will cause a problem if you forget to plug it back in for the ride home ( no lights) trailers after mid to late 90's do not need to be unplugged the lights should be sealed units. even the 1157 type bulb units

    Backing Solenoid

with drum brakes they are designed to slip in reverse so a reverse interlock is not needed with disk brakes they will grab in either direction and stop the wheels from turning so a solenoid is used to cut off the fluid from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinder. pulling the plug will disable...
