Palmetto Boat Center has a Phoenix 21 PHX for $87,000+. It has two Lowrance Live 12's on the console, a Lowrance Live 12 and a Garmin 7612xsv on the bow, Lowrance active imaging and Garmin Livescope, hydraulic jack plate, paint matching power poles, wheels with color matched inserts, hardware...

    Phoenix’s Removable Console

Now if they would just design a padded "bag" to store the console in when it was removed from the boat.

    Most Underrated Feature...

The Phoenix has a nice removable console option also. No tools necessary - just turn a handle shaped like the other compartments and slide it out.

    Lake Ockeechobee - Mid October

Can someone tell me how the bass fishing is in Lake Ockeechobee during mid October? I was thinking of hiring a guide since I'll be in the area.

    Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor

I see that lots of people are upgrading to the Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor. Do you know there are software updates available? To update you have to download the Minn Kota app to your smart phone and then pair the phone with the motor. Then you use the Minn Kota remote to update the motor. I...

    Bait casting fishing poles

Do you know what I would like to see? When someone says a product is the best, I would like to know what they are comparing it to, i.e., what other brands of the product has been used. How did that person arrive at that decision?

    Power-Poles vs Talons

    Mistletoe

That first post looks like something I used to see in the office at NSA. Other countries intelligence services would use any means, including their beautiful women, to try and get our secrets.

    Lake map suggestions?

There is one thing wrong with using the Navionics chip in a Gen 3 or newer Lowrance unit. You won't be able to upload updates to the Navionics site. The sonar recording format of the newer Lowrance units is something other than the GPX format that Navionics uses. If you're interested in...

    Some things i wonder about!

If you want to turn back the clock, use modern technology. :p If you want your gas pumped for you go to New Jersey. It's a state law than an attendant pump it. There are still some drive-in around in almost every state. Colorado has 6, Oklahoma has 4.

    Lake map suggestions?

I bought the Navionics + US & Canada. I haven't used it yet. First chance to see maps on the HDS Carbon 12 will be Friday. The lake I normally fish has been mapped yet so that will be my project for next year, map it and get it on the chip.

    Phoenix Factory tour

I did the Phoenix Bass Boat factory tour on July 25th. I was very impressed with the operation. It was very informative to see how my boat was constructed. There are 89 workers and they complete 18 boats a week. Of the 18 boats completed the week I was there 16 had already been sold. Concerning...

    My new Phoenix 920 ProXP

Laus, you enjoy your new boat also. I'm actually in Cocoa Beach, FL, right now for work. If I had been given more notice I would have hired a guide for one of the Florida lakes.
