Big stripers here in the Long Island sound from Nyc. to Mtk. Nothing beats Montauck for striper fishing either in the surf or off the boat it gets just crazy. The Hudson can be really good if you find them in the dead of winter schooled up you can have real 100 fish days with bass up to 20 lbs.

Yamaha silicone spray lube works great. If I remember(so thats about 50% of the time)I hit the upper half of the bunks before I back in to load the boat the lower half is under water so no need to waste the spray and then the next time you launch the boat will glide rite off
